No. Moguli teaches for the California real estate salesperson exam. It doesn't advise anyone on a real deal, a real lease, or a real neighbour's fence. For those, ask a licensed professional or an attorney.

No. Moguli is exam prep and study notes for the salesperson exam. It doesn't count toward the education you need for a license, and it issues no certificates. You still need your three 45-hour courses from a DRE-approved school. Moguli is not affiliated with or endorsed by the DRE. The daily practice is useful whichever school you take your courses with.

Moguli will make you practise, which is the part most people skip. It reschedules the questions you miss until you stop missing them. The passing is on you. We believe in you. Bones is still thinking about it.

The daily exam quiz, the Book (Bones's study notes) and the first case of Material Facts are free, for good. Moguli Plus is $14.99 a month and opens everything else: both daily quizzes, drills by category and by page of the Book, the Hearing (full practice exams), and the rest of Material Facts, the story mode. In the iPhone app you subscribe through the App Store (and can restore a purchase on a new phone with Restore purchases); on the web, through our site. Cancel any time: File → Account → Manage subscription.

Progress lives on the device it was made on. On iPhone, Safari, the home-screen app, and the App Store app each keep their own storage, so progress from one doesn't show in the others. Pick one and stick with it, and keep a backup from File → This device → Export. Your Plus subscription does follow you to every device once you sign in.

iPhone: open Moguli in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen. After that it opens like an app and works offline.

On iPhone, reminders only work in the home-screen app (iOS 16.4 or later), not in a Safari tab. Check that notifications for Moguli are allowed in Settings, and that the reminder is on under File → Daily reminder. You only get one if you haven't studied yet that day. It's a nudge, not a nag.

File → Daily reminder → Turn off. You can also block Moguli's notifications in your device settings.

Tap the little flag in the corner of the answer sheet. It opens an email with the question filled in, so you only need to say what's wrong. Laws change and we'd rather hear it from you than from the exam.

Yes, once it has been opened with a connection. Sync and reminders catch up when you're back online. Recordings you haven't played yet need a connection the first time.

File → This device → Sounds. Bones will type his lines instead. He takes it personally, but he gets over it.

File → Account → Delete account erases your account on the spot and cancels a web subscription; an App Store subscription is cancelled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Progress kept only on your device goes away when you delete the app or clear the site's data. For anything else, email support@moguli.app and we'll confirm within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Cancel any time: in the iPhone app under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (File → Account → Manage subscription takes you there); on the web under File → Account → Manage subscription. Plus stays open until the end of the month you've paid for. A purchase made through the App Store is refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web charge, email us with the date and we'll sort it out.
